Lighting in Cherry Creek
Cherry Creek North puts close to a million twinkle lights on more than 600 trees across 16 blocks, lit from November 20 into early March. The Holiday Market on Fillmore Plaza ran daily from November 20 to December 24 in 2025.

The Country Club Historic District, designated in 1990, has 380 homes, mostly Denver Squares and revival styles built between 1902 and 1945. Its design guidelines ask that site lighting be shielded to avoid glare onto neighbors and not aimed up at building walls. They cover permanent lighting, but they’re good guidance for a display too: lights along the eaves, porches and entries, not floodlights on the facade.
Denver’s average first freeze is October 7 and its first measurable snow October 19, and gusts there have reached 96 mph. Maintenance through the season is part of your price.
