Lights that suit WIA’s rules
The Woodmoor Improvement Association’s design manual asks that outdoor lights be shielded or dimmed so they don’t disturb neighbors, and that they not shine onto other lots or into traffic. It sets no separate dates for holiday lights. Any modification to the outside of the house itself needs Architectural Control Committee approval.
